So, guys, maybe a stupid question: what's a role play??

It's basically like a bunch of people creating a story together online. Nothing is really planned, there's just a story line and people get to do whatever they want. It's kind of like acting on the internet.
Can't explain it very well...

I actually used to despise role plays, but over time I've joined a few. They can be very fun.

So, guys, maybe a stupid question: what's a role play??

Basic:
A person makes a role plY(also know as rp)and makes a story line,and like make a title.EX:<>battle of the elements<>a elk rp.and have the role play rules,and have dude rent species ect...and pepole who want to join have to fill out the forum that the person makes the rp and post it.

I think that they do more then one character sometimes although that must get confusing.

Sometimes, but you can have tons of characters, if the owner of the role play lets you.
One time I had 20 characters...It gets chaotic after a while, haha.

You can act up to as many characters you want in all my role plays.
