I had a bad case of the flu last spring. Sleep helps.

Any using an ice pack is fine as long as it is not directly against your skin (where it can cause frostbite)

Well, on the bright side...My fever is down to 98.7 degrees. Still a bit high for me. I'm usually at 96.2*F.

My boyfriend started getting a fever tonight. Poor guy...

Now I have to take care of him.
