someone gave her a bath and decided that it was blackberry because they thought there were a few bumps. But this morning I noticed BOTH silkies had blood on their bums and someone had a really bloody poop.

I would recommend separating them from the other birds in case they are being pecked/cannibalized

Treating with Corid won't hurt, but have you washed their bums to look for injury or pecked vent. If they are being cannibalized, this would explain the bloody poop.

When you have time, photos of both bums would be helpful.
