There is something inside my eggs?

Hi Everyone!

I am sorry that I do not have a picture of my silly description below but I am in need of some help.

I have cracked open an egg and noticed some funny stuff floating in the egg whites. It is not a blood spot, but more like a small patch of what looks like little grains of sand (but not sand of course). Has anyone seen this before? I had scooped it out and still ate the egg and I am glad to say...I am still alive

If anyone can help, that would be great. Thanks.

P.S. I have noticed it in a couple of eggs....not all!

Sounds like meat spots to me. Here's information on them:

You can scoop em out and eat the eggs or mix em in and eat the eggs. Either way, they are harmless.
