The temp. needs to be 90-95 the first week of life, decreasing by five degrees a week.
If they are huddling under the light, they are too cold. Staying as far away from the light as possible and (maybe) panting they are too hot. If they are too hot, think of ways to raise your heat lamp up a little higher, but more space so they can get away from the heat would be better.

They all did well thru the night and seem to sleep better with the red light on lots less peeping.
Right now they are at about 92 and seem pretty comfy, I moved the light away for ahwile while I was checking them and playing with them this morning and let them get down to about 82 for about 15 min and got them fresh cool water and they all ran around for awhile and scratched and pecked and seem to be enjoying them selves then I put the light back and the temp when up to about 92 and they all went to sleep softly chirping back and forth to eatch other or themselves it was to cute
