Is there something out there that sounds an alarm when your temperature gets to high or low in an incubator? Something external that isn't built into an incubator?

Is this something you've used for incubation? It looks like exactly what I am looking for but just wondering if it works for lower temperatures than you'd cook at. 99.5 for incubating and then for lockdown 97.5 is what I shoot for
I don't see why this wouldn't work I used one that's very similar in my incubator.

Why do you lower your temperature for lockdown?

It's what I had read somewhere to do. My first 3 hatches I had very very low hatches and they were late hatching..doing that and getting a second hygrometer and thermometer I had a much better hatch rate and most of them hatched 2 days early with some hatching less than 12 hrs after going into lockdown
