Yes they do look like Lincolnshire Buffs, which are a rare/uncommon breed.
The birds look to have the correct colouring, it is a shame that in the picture you can not see the feet as they should have 5 toes. I have 4 of them in my back garden.

well they were from a european site, and we weren't trying to do anything but guess. besides, we use what is available to us, and most birds are poor examples of their breed. so you don't know what they are either? i still think some type of sussex, maybe buff.
