These are bantam americauna from a breeder. Gender?

Thank you for your time. These chicks are about 3 weeks old. Fairly certain the light one with mottled brown wings is a male, from the tail. Not sure at all about the gray one. I tried to get good pictures , but they are so squirmy.

Some of the photos aren't loading for me, but I can tell you that tails aren't a thing to go by when sexing chicks. Look at the size/color of the combs, and thickness of legs. Post back at 6 weeks old if things aren't clear by then.
