I'm with Sissy. We moved out into the country to get away from all these "unusual neighbors". Before we moved, we had a next door neighbor who "exposed" himself to my wife!! Enough of neighborhood life for us. Its now just us, the deer, the chickens, the rabbits and an occasional lost kid.
