this i am thinking is rose comb brown

this is a bantam

OK...they are six weeks old now...the one i thought was a rose comb brown i was told was a buttercup(hope so cause thats what we named her...lol) and i am hoping is a pullet

the second is a bantam...and i am pretty sure a roo...i would be dumbfounded if told different...also any ideas as too breed...i am thinking a black australorp if they come in bantam size...thnx 4 the info

The first one looks like a Sicilian buttercup. I don't know about the second one. Look up the buttercup son the feathersite page, and see if it looks like that to you.

Looks like the little roo's earlobes are turning white. If so, he's not an australorp. OEGB have red earlobes, right? Bantam white-faced black spanish have white, and maybe, um... dutch? I'm racking my brain here. Gonna go dig thru feathersite. Give me a few...

I'd bet that by 6 weeks, with that little comb, she's a pullet.

Third pic down is a Columbian Buttercup. I've got 3 of them out in the pen right now and they look exactly like that.
