I think the first one is a pullet, the second one (Goldie) seems to have a very red comb at such a young age ( 8 weeks).

I agree with this. The coloring is confusing, but that comb is too red to be a pullet at that age.

Goldie looks like a pullet because her comb isn't large or dark red and her color pattern is female only
