I have a trio of pure spangled hatch game chickens and one of the hens is sitting on 10 eggs. Today is day 18 and this morning i was gonna move the hen and the eggs to a seperate area for her to hatch her eggs, but when i went to move her i saw that an egg had pipped and it was peeping. Should i move the rooster out of the pen, or will he help protect the babies?
