Get them some bottled water to see if you can identify the source. Are they drinking from the same source as you are?

Yes they are. And the other ducks are not hurt by it.

I have seen this several times... about 20-30 minutes after they guzzle they start walking funny, having seizures, and vomiting, and sometimes some will die.

I only see this in ducklings, never the adults.

Perhaps some have a sensitivity to it. I would stop using it. The chlorine in tap water won't hurt them or us.
