Received my order from WELP Hatchery yesterday morning and I for to say, I am extremely impressed with the chicks I received. I ordered 10 Ameracaunas, 5 Welsummers, 5 Silver Laced and 5 Barred Rocks. I received an extra of each and they all were perfectly happy and running around like chickens within minutes. 30 hours later, nO fatalities and they all are very "energetic and mobile". The only defect I saw out of all 29 was a single Ameracauna had a broken toe.
I will post pics in a little while but we just got rid of the remainder we did not intend to keep. We only wanted 6 total and arranged homes for the remaining chicks prior to their arrival. We now have 3 Ameracaunas, 2 Welsummers and a single Barred Rock and Silver Laced.
