You have squirrels? That's pretty cool! Did you have them since they were babies, or are they just ones from the wild who visit?

Oh no they are wild. There are 6 of them that have been here for a couple years now. I got them a squirrel swing, a thing that spins with cobs on them and a bungee chord toy. They play all day and then they leave walnuts on my window sill...

Oh, we have tons of squirrels that live out in trees behind our house. I had my husband build little platforms on a couple the trees for them. I love my squirrels. They are very well fed.

I usually start them at around 3 - 4 weeks. Again, don't over do the treats, but a little bit won't hurt, and they will start looking forward to your hand(s) being around them. Just keep at it. When they get a bit older, they won't be so flighty.

I’ve got 2 and one definitely has the feather pattern on the left and my fav has the pattern on the right. We’re at about the 10 day mark according to this.

Mine had pasta tonite as their before bed snack.I never saw chickens run so fast with food in their mouth. They really like pasta.

Aw, I know hiw you feel. I got mine 2 weeks ago and felt the exact same way. Everyday I go into their room. Open the door to their brooder, talk to them, make noise and just hang out. The past few days they have been eating out of my hand, some let me pet them and 1 is very sweet with me. She sits on me and loves to be pet most. Hang in there, it’ll happen. Mine are 3 weeks now got them when they were 1.5 weeks.
