Metzer Farms, i assume. It says they came from Ca?
Calm down, duckies can survive over 48 hours on their yolk. My only concern is the heat. They may be very thirsty when they arrive. I would take a bottle of water to the post-office…Ok I am officially sick to my stomach. I just tracked the package, why is this not getting here until tomorrow? Isn't that too long or no? I did order the Broiler Booster for them while in transit.

Murray McMurray actually which surprised me since it is in Iowa. That is one reason I chose them again. They said they are actually coming out of CA and not to fret that they can survive up to 72 hours from the yolk plus I got them the little starter stuff like I did with my runners. I am concerned with the temps too, so I see another sleepless night.Metzer Farms, i assume.

WTH? the lady from Murray McMurray told me that some of their birds come out of CA. That would have been really good to know. My runners were here the next day last year but I guess they were not coming from so far away.It says they came from Ca?
I am calling my local PO to see if they can assist with depot location. Deep breathsusualy shipping companys have a place for public calls then an actual depo.. Mabye you can call the depo and tell them whats up and meet the truck there?
Im praying mine have the same outcome as yours. What a super nice neighborWhen my chicks arrived this year they cane a day early. I had to work that day and had taken the next day off. I went out to get in my car and the garage door wouldn't open and couldn't be lifted. I was trapped and in a panic thinking of those poor little chicks waiting at the post office and my hubby was out of town. Luckily my fantastic neighbor said she would take me to get them. Thirty minutes later she arrived at my door with my chicks. One Japanese bantam was tiny and very weak, so I think she may have saved his little life. Little Tiny is now one of my favorites. He's a spunky little roo!
