They have started hatching! PICS!

OMG, what kind of camera do you have? That looks like some prehistoric dinosaur hatching, its so clear and.....big!

Its a Nikon D40 Digital SLR camera. The toes are pretty cool and prehistoric looking.

Miss Prissy - Yep, thats a charlotte egg but it hasn't pipped yet. Tomorrow is day 21 so we'll see.

I'm loving seeing my grandchickies hatching since I dont have my Ameraucana rooster any longer. I have one lone black Ameraucana baby in the brooder who is 4 weeks old and that's my last one from my boy and his ladies. Hope you get a pretty blue girl, Jay. I adore my Charlotte! She's a complete lap chicken!

I love the picture taking part. I'm no photographer either but I'm learning. This hatch has been difficult because they are hiding in the far back.

Cyn - Silver Jr is really starting to try to break out....might be soon. Poor thing is completely dry already and just cant seem to break out.

Here is chick number three. It's another Jersey Giant and I think it is going to be a black one...although you can see some yellow on the tip of the wing and I can't see underneath the chick.....
