Of course they love you and it seems they are feeling very comfortable around you as well. Someone referred to what you were doing as
Watching chicken TV. Just hanging out with the birds watching their antics and enjoying life.......

I have a little OEGB hen that I rescued and nursed back to health. When I let the layers out to roam, sometimes they chase her with lethal intent. She will run to me and launch herself into the air straight at me with absolute confidence that I will catch her (so far, so good). Then she'll stand on my shoulder or head until they loose interest.
I don't know if she loves me, but she sure does trust me......
