I would be curious to find out if it cost nothing to do so.Then I might post a few reviews online for the company. Yea,that are right in that you needed to follow up. Don't trust people to do what they are supposed too-make sure they do it. We made that mistake with the bank when redoing the mortgage.You would think they could handle the paperwork in 2-3 months to get an auto-payment set up,but no the worker messed up and no house payment was made.After giving our account number 4 times to the guy along with 2 checks I finally went and talked to the bank manager and made the payment in person.Twits.

When dh gets a ticket I make him pay it.If he can prove to me he was not speeding(or whatever) I let him fight it.

I would check the phone bill. It should list every incoming and outgoing phone calls at least mine does. If it shows that they did not call I would call them back and let them know that they didn't do their job. I would also let the county clerk know that the company is not handling things the way they should.
