They won't accept my hen

It can't be an overcrowding problem there is plenty of space
Without specific measurement we can't determine that. Keep in mind the often quoted 10 sq ft per bird may not be enough for all flocks.

From the photos posted so far it's impossible to tell how large your set up is.
there's a large Watering Bowl and a huge feeder they get treats
1 waterer and 1 feeder? That could be part of the issue, chickens will resource guard so even with a small flock you should have multiple feeders (and possibly waterers) spread out throughout the area.

I have 5 feeders in the morning with 10 hens and some of them still have to wait to eat.

my bad i meant two feeders ones a 50 pound feeder in the other I believe is a 5 pound feeder they have a gallon size drinker they all take turns. i have the big feeder in the bottom and the small one in the top so it can't be that it has to be something else

It is really very difficult to solve this without doing something different.

- pin less peepers
- separating the victim away from the flock
- re homing the victim
- re- homing the main bullies

They won't all be nice.

I think separating her is dangerous every night a coon comes up to the coop so I'm afraid it will get her

@Turd bird I’m sorry to hear about your hen. She looks very sweet. Sometimes, for whatever reason, a chicken isn’t accepted by the flock. If you don’t remove her, you do risk losing her. Focus on her safety right now. If you have a kennel to keep her in (inside your house or secure garage) for tonight, you can work on something more permanent for her tomorrow. Alone for tonight or choose a calmer hen to keep her company. It sounds like she’s at the very bottom of the pecking order. Besides being attacked, she’s likely undernourished as well. Get her somewhere safe tonight, feed her well and give her some poultry vitamins in her water (if you have them). I hope it all works out for her. Please keep us updated.

Do you have a dog crate you can put her in? And then leave the dog crate with her in it, in with the other chickens. That way she will be safe from the other chickens and safe from the raccoon also. If you don't do something different the other chickens will kill her. Be sure she has food, water and grit in the dog crate.

Well I have to keep her outside of the coop if I put her in a dog crate and a coon comes up every night looking for a chicken to eat and I already had two die one from a dog and another from a hawk and I don't want another one to get attacked

Can you secure a small section just for her inside the coop? It could be a cage, using chicken wires etc. It also doesn't have to be on the ground, as long as it's stable and other chickens can not peck her more.
