theyre all suppose to be blue/copper marans?

but all five that made it through the hatch are all different colors. believe the biggets is a roo and a black/copper maran, white Sex? white splash maran, blue ? brown/ roo ? other black? could any body help with the gender and type of marans?

Looks like you got yourself there a blue, black, and splash copper.

The black on the bottom photo is indeed a boy, the white is indeed splash, and I see a blue one in there. The odd colored one on the top right I'm not sure - Is it just mossy, or a different breed?

The rest from here look like pullets.

they were all suppose to be blue/copper marans...the one in the top picture on the right im unsure and is my one im trying to find out what it is? Mossy? never heard of that color but i am new to the life of backyard chickens. Ive searched online for that color of chick but can find one.

dont want to tell you something you already know, but have you read much about blue birds? how they hatch out black, splash, or blue? looks like you got the whole spectrum!

thanks eric im sure i read it and forgot it but makes sense. I kinda like the idea of having several different colors.

A blue rooster mated to a blue hen will give you 25% black, 50% blue and 25% splash offspring. Looks like you got a bit of each color.
