They're here, they're here, they're here!

Even before getting the girls we had resigned ourselves to the possibility of never trusting our pups alone with them. And that can be alright. They can take turns for their outside exercise time.

Well my dogs have killed several. My husky has stopped, he realized how it displeases me and my mom...such a good boy

. My havanese and Anatolian shepherd have never hurt any of them. And my lab is on her last warning. One more and she goes. My neighbor has also been warned about her dog, that has killed about 15 of our chickens.

That's very unfortunate. We have several dogs in the neighborhood that walk off leashes with their owners and so far the only close call was a visitors dog. I'm very sorry to hear you've lost so many. I guess some dogs just don't mix with chickens and some do.

Yeah mine weren't raised around chickens except the puppy he just gets really hyper around them. And my neighbor apologized and said that her dog will kill anything, so she has her cat CHAINED up in her BASEMENT!!!!

Oh my goodness. Your neighbors dog sounds like a nightmare.

Ours weren't raised with chickens either. They were about 7 when they met. Maybe they felt too old to bother

Haha that's pretty much how my husky is too old and too loyal my mother and myself are his people he doesn't like guys but we wont do anything to displease us

I'm hoping mine will be too old to bother once they get used to them. Here are a few pics.
