And only one DOA!!!!
Their big sisters are clamoring at the edge of their brooder to get a peak at them. They can hear them; giggles!
Ok, so hubby says he is going to complete the coop this weekend. I will move the 8 big sisters into coop; split up the 19 chicks between the two brooders (for four weeks) at which time they will all go to coop. Phew, sounds like a plan.
Looking at the two flocks side-by-side I can r e a l l y see how the first girls have grown. So, what I have are:
. They're a noisy lil bunch for now. I don't mind; at least I know they are alright. A few under the heat plate; most out and about. Hatched Wed., 8/3/2022.
