They're here! Welsh Harlequin, Golden 300 Hybrid, Black Swedish - Meet WO!

I've seen a few posts online that say they sometimes being almost black and then fade, so I don't think it's unusual - I feel so fortunate! Dixie!

Well, it's been awhile since I posted in my thread here, and what do you think the FIRST thing I thought about was when I brought some NEW DUCKIES home? OH! GET PICS to post in your thread!

Here they are - Linn (waterfall) and Tesni (Tess [warmth of the sun]). I have a friend who I met via Craigslist of all places...she & her husband are just lovely people, and boy, do they have a BEAUTIFUL duck haven at their home! In fact, if I ever get reincarnated as a duck, I want to go live with them & their beautiful flock!

OH - I should have said, this is a pair of Welsh Harlequin - they are 12 weeks. That's Tess in the front - Linn's head is just beginning to get the darker drake coloring in. This is where they'll be staying during the day for a few days until my other gals are okay with them being around.

I had contacted my friend asking for one duck...she said gee, I have a lovely pair of Welsh Harls....hubby said okay, so here they are!

Miss Lydia - um..........................no...................no.....................well, maybe.........................

here's a link to the website of the woman I got the pair of Welsh Harlequin from. If you scroll down, there are pics of her gorgeous and very duck friendly duck area. They literally converted a huge section of their yard into duckie digs! It's just beautiful:
