They've hatched!!!!

I cant believe it after all the angush I now have four ducklings . My neigbout thinks I should take them away from the hen who was sitting on them and put them in a brooder. I feel that the hen should keep them after all her hard work hatching them. Has anyone any thoughts on this?

We had a female duck that hatched baby chickens and she was the best mommy to them... we left them with her and they did fine, they just didnt swim with the rest of the family
