It will be interesting to monitor, for sure, and thanks, I don't know my colors all that well.
I have three blacks, one with an ever changing pattern on it's belly and one with no pattern on it's belly, but I am still watching the feathers around it's collar.
Here is the one from the previous picture side by side with the one who only had it's tail in the picture.

I think that I now understand what you were trying to say earlier; The ducks with the green beaks and 'silver' on their chests and tails will go full silver when the rest of their plumage comes in(?).

I am uncertain about how much the silver will spread over these ducks. My assumption was that they will have a silver/white pattern like the pattern on the fawn/white.

Give it a few weeks and lets see what she/he looks like. The bill is dark.
