Thick, white haze in egg

Not quite sure of her breed. I believe the older couple we got them from said RR cross but they didn’t tell me with what.

No clue what their rooster is either.

That must be a bit tricky.
Do you poach in cups or water?

I poach 'em in a pot of soup noodles... I use a small ladle to separate the yolks from the whites, let the whites fully cook and then put the yolk back in the hot liquid and let it stand a little before eating, so (ideally) it warms all the way through but is still fully runny.
