Thin 3 month old Polish rooster

I am new to the Polish breed and so far I've found out they seem to be very sensitive birds.
I have three Polish all together. 1 rooster and 2 hens. They are all around 3-4 months old I believe.
My rooster seems a bit sluggish and thin. He does eat and drink I have noticed.
I do know that Polish are on the thinner side but he is very light feeling so I know that isn't normal.
His stool was a bit greenish yesterday but he was out eating leaves and such so I assumed it had something to do with that.
It has been hot so I don't know if he was puffed up some due to that or not but that was a couple of days ago. I didn't notice him puffed up this morning
Has anyone ever had this issue before? I can upload pictures later if that helps. TIA!

The excessive heat that many have been experiencing is a stressor for sure. Hopefully that is the only problem if he is eating and drinking normally.
