Thin Eggs

Im still new to this, how do I get my chickens to lat good quality thick eggs so they don't break when you pick them up because our chickens are laying very brittle eggs.
Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Need more info in order to offer a viable suggestion/solution:
-your flock size(numbers, ages, genders)?
-your coop(size in feet by feet with pics)?
-what and how exactly you are feeding?

Do not put oyster shell in the feed, provide it in a separate container.
