Mackerel - aka chicken crack - I put it 2 right out of the can on a paper plate and don't break them up. They grab at it tearing pieces off so that fish is flying everywhere. This works out quite well as the thrown pieces are eaten by the girls that are lower in the pecking order and wouldn't get any otherwise.
