It’s not our ac is messed up gets completely frozen like that and the maitnence refuses to do anything our power bill is $300-$500 a month.

Yeah we change the filter regularly our maintenance is crap and doesn’t like us because we actually get onto the office till they make them do the work and then they do a crappy job they still haven’t come to look at it even after putting it in 6 times so far

There’s still a giant hole in my building that hasn’t been touched after their ac contractors ran into it with their van this happened in January still have not touched it.

The majority of times I have had to deal with such a situation, it was low refrigerant level.

Our apartment is infested with fruit and drain flies because that apartment is filled with moisture from rain and the ac is not on down there so it’s all moist perfect breeding ground for them we have temporarily taken care of them up here
