Is this not a universal school experience?
Plus, I'm pretty that in elementary school we've all found ourselves beneath the desk at least once for one reason or another.

Oh mercy, there's a place where I often have to merge from one state hwy onto another and I check over my shoulder and my mirrors umpteen times before merging - and the other day, just as I merged, a red SUV swerved out of my lane into the left lane to avoid hitting me and I SWEAR I didn't see it, it came out of nowhere! There's a reason it's called a blind spot. I was thanking God it was an SUV, not a semi, and the driver was paying attention!

Organic is a much abused term that has many exceptions that are used in order to increase the price of a product.

Most of the "organic" feed that I have checked is poor quality feed that is low in the nutritional requirements at an inflated price solely because of the term "organic".

That's pretty much what I tell anyone who asks if my eggs are organic. Aside from costs, most organic feeds are nutritionally inferior to what I'm currently feeding. The whole thing with organic chicken feed pretty put me off organic labeled stuff period. Sure, I will still raise my own produce organically but I'm not going to go out of my way to buy organic. The whole organic industry is just a hot mess rn

My elementary school once had us tucked under the desks during a drill in case NORAD in Colorado Springs ever got bombed during a nuclear attack. I don't honestly remember what else we were supposed to do, I just remember 2 of my classmates asking the teacher how hiding under the desk would do literally anything in a nuclear attack to protect us. I also remember that there was an absolutely ABSURD amount of chewed gum and boogers under those desks.

I don't ever recall drills. But I do remember a time a desk like, fell on me or something. I don't remember if it fell on me or what, I just remember how embarassing it was.
