I don't mind know it alls... if they know what they're talking about. I can deal with almost any delivery if the information is good. As a friend of mine (who is very knowledgeable and capable in his field) says, "It's not bragging if you can do it."

If you're pulling scraps of info you've picked up here and there out of your butt, and I know you're full of crap, yeah, I might let you know you're full of crap.

I know lots about computers but I won't claim to know it all. Half of fixing PCs is called "searching and applying the first result".

I find that so many things can be fixed by simply following the RATS principal.
