Some of the conspiracies, well ok I can get on board with them, but some of the other's. they are kidnapping babies, sucking adrenochrome out of them to make a potion to keep them alive... OMG are you FFS for real dude? sorry but those 'theories', I have a bit of a problem buying into. Maybe you shouldn't be wearing a tin foil hat in a power plant, I think it's resonating near the station transformer and giving you a case of the bark tards...

Well as a nurse in New Orleans, those terms are used in the hospital here all the time. Here it would be considered rude to call someone by their given name. Here we say, "Good Morning, Mr./Ms. Soandso". When I was working in California, I was called down for being too formal and instructed to call patients by their first names.
Different places, different customs.

Even when someone politely asks you not to and that it makes them feel uneasy?
