Things you wish you could say

How could anybody be so stupid!?!?!?
I knew a young woman once... I rented a room to her and her husband (who was a very good friend of mine).

The dryer died, so we washed our clothes and took the wet laundry to the laundromat to dry. On the way back to the car, she looks at me and said, "Gee, it's so much lighter now. I wonder if it's lighter because we folded it!"

Are we talking that level of stupid?

Holy moly!! this is probably very close to that level of stupid. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did that exact thing.

I had a lady upset that I didn't press the right buttons to apply her discount with her phone number. I did do it right, but she didn't have any discounts to apply.
Then she was upset that I took her time to look up her account, twice, at her persistence.
Not to justify stereotypes but she appeared to have yet to come to terms with physical or mental aging....

House fires.
The sudden loss of a loved one.
Tornadoes.
Bad vehicle accidents.

Are devastating.
The loss of a timely death of a sickly chick or elderly rooster.

Is not.
Grow up.
Agreed, although many of the posters that say they are devasted by the loss of said chicken might actually be kids; and that loss may be the first loss they have ever had to cope with.
Even though, when I was a kid although extremely sad about losing a pet, I never said it was the end of the world...

Oh gosh :lau

One thing I wish I could say:

Check the damn spelling of a breed when making a post!

It's "australorp", not "australlorp", "aostralerp", "austrilorp". It's "orpington", not "orpingtin". It's "faverolles", always with an s. Not "faverol".
Yessssss!!! Not orflington either!
