Things you wish you could say

WTF, these people are working through their holiday, and 'you' want to stiff them.
SMH. I tend to tip more during the holidays. I've been in the "taking care of the public" position, though never as a waitress. This time of year, people seem to either be extra rude, or extra nice. I want to be known as one of the latter.

I wish for the opposite. It hasn't snowed here since 1836
I’ll send you some 😊

When you start your reply with "No offense meant, but -----------------". It is very likely to offend.
I've always said that the reason a person says no offense meant is because they know it is offensive and want to make sure that who they are saying it to knows that it is offensive.

Why are you such a cheapskate?

Yesterday we had a late lunch at a restaurant we have eaten at several times. I noticed on the holiday menu that a 20% gratuity would be added to the bill? Wondering why I asked the waitress (an older, experienced lady) if it was because people tended to stiff waiters on the holidays. Her reply indicated that it frequently happens. WTF, these people are working through their holiday, and 'you' want to stiff them.
Before I say this I will also say I always tip even with bad service.

There was this guy I used to know that would never tip. I mean he refused to. And, I have heard him asked by a waitress more than once why he didn't tip and he told them because they knew what the job paid when they took it. And, his wife worked as a waitress at times. Asked about that and he would say that she knew what the job paid when she took it as well.
