If your hens stopped laying eggs during the winter, then you tried ____ and your hens started laying again the very next day, the _____ did not cause the laying. The hens were about to start laying again anyway.

(With the lengthening days in the northern hemisphere, this seems to be the time of year for people to "discover" new ways to "make" their hens lay again. But when the hens are ready to lay again, any random thing can LOOK like it works. For some reason, it's bugging me more than usual this spring.)

I think memories of last year are part of why I'm so bothered this year
It'll take more than just one year to recover from that.

It's hard to be polite to the ones that are genuinely mixed up and want to learn, ignore the trolls, and try to figure out which ones are which!
