Last year I got 4 boys out of 12 first batch of chicks, and second batch was 5/7. Only one is still living.Yep. Might get five males out of a batch of seven.

Ice box; ice chest; freezer; that really cold part of the fridge where we keep the things freezy-cold; that part of the fridge where nearly-finished bags of food get lost for a year and then turn up; the um-ummm *snaps fingers* ummmmmmmm fridge -- no, freezer (or ice box or ice chest).I still say "ice box".
