Since you brought up "Bluff" Orpingtons I will use this dubious connection to make a complaint.
If your the 2nd biggest insurance company in the US and a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, shouldn't you have someone there who can tell a full grown hen from a rooster?

DW has strong but mixed feelings about this, partly because the singer was one of her favorites.
