Honestly, I wish I could say anything. This quote explains it pretty well:

This is mean of me but it is 83°F here right now. There is a nice breeze to go with it. Humidity is a paltry 34%.

I would say go for it but you couldn't tolerate the mess. I did dishes for two days now so I could set up to bottle the crabapple wine. Twelve 750 ml bottles of 14% alcohol wine. It is a little dryer than I prefer but is an interesting wine.

It should be really interesting in a year or so.

When I finally get to the checkout -- after not being able to locate anyone in the store to help me -- and the person at the register asks me: "Did you find everything?" I want to say, "Why? Did you purposely hide something?"

Your weather is great now, but not so much in a few months. It should be decent here in a couple months. I'm praying that the heat wave here actually ends on Sunday like the weather forecast says.
