Chronicles of George has a forum site. CoGI got handed stuff that way also.
These days I try to keep my head down so people don’t see me - sometimes it works…
Meant to ask what are these CoG forums - not familiar with that acronym.

Reminds me of something I read 25-30 years ago...So when Sears was bought by Ed Lampert, he called it Sears Holdings so can you figure out the acronym for Sears Holding IT??? - I doodoo you not! I started answering the phone with Hi SH…., they then changed it the Sears Business Systems - so I started answering Hi Sears BS…. My manager finally had a chat with me. I told him hey if the bigwig mucky-mucks weren’t smart enough to think through their business functions names well what’s a gal to do?!
Oh oh oh and Sears Furniture and Appliances was known affectionately as Sears FnA
One place that I worked there was a job title - Analyst Supervisor. It was abbreviated to Anal. Sup.Reminds me of something I read 25-30 years ago...
Gorton's (the fish brand in the store) was going to add a new line of fish products. It was Cod, and they were going to call it "Cod Pieces." Development was surprisingly far along before someone pulled the plug on that name.
No idea how it was pronounced. I only ever saw it written. In our ticketing system. And was Sup. pronounced "soup"? Oh, my goodness... the fun I could have had with that!
