I think Nobs was referring to using the Lord's name in vain. I confess to because I don't want to add lair to the list. Thank you for the reminder Nobs.

That said there's a time and a place for cussing like when I'm with close friends or I took a goose wing to the eye. Or falling face first in the mud when I'm trying to catch Baby my Buckeye who could be a Harlem globe trotter. Or I hit my finger with a hammer etc.

When at work or in public I keep it clean. It's kinda like dirty laundry. I keep it to myself. When it's every other word though, that is a sign of limited vocab.

It could be both things, but it was more aimed at young people. Sadly all the tiktok brainrot and stuff teaches that doing that is just fine including on a forum that explicitly says not to.
