But they don't want anyone to adopt them to eat.
1,000s of meat birds needing pet only forever homes. I don't see it ending well for the chicks.

I get that, Azzie, but I was wondering where they are going to go in the interim. Have read a couple of posts lately by (pardon me) ignorant people who got hold of a meat bird by unknowingly and are distressed when at 10 or 12 weeks old the chicks ... well ... begin to ... fall apart.

I have no idea. If they(Post Office) would have just delivered them to the people that ordered them, then they wouldn't have had to worry about it

This is what is so stupid to me. They are meat birds, let people get them, for whatever reason
