Things you wish you could say

I see it as something that should be learned at home pretty easily not something to expect them to learn at school.
Absolutely true, but considering the sheer amount of animal ignorance we see here everyday start with "My neighbor/grandma/dad/breeder etc said..."
Most preschool level books about farm animals have more knowledge than your average owner.

Hmmm good point but this particular one I think there only like 4 birds total lol
Right. But four angles of 4 birds and they're not numbered? Forget you.
I'm not sure what the problem is. Could you please tell me if this a rooster, chicken, or muppet? Not sure of age. I found it wandering the streets of New York at 3am, near an abandoned underground rodeo.

Now is not the time to share your birds.
Hmmm?

Hmmm?
:lau :gig :lau

And someone was posting on a breed and gender post with a bunch of pics of their bird and saying what awesome eggs it lays etc. when the OP’s bird was VERY CLEARLY a cockerel and they didn’t need the false hope. Nor to rub it in that they will not be getting those eggs even if that wasn’t the intention. LOL

I wish I could say the chickens enjoyed the sprouts I lovingly grew for them, rather than spitting them into the hemp, getting them coated in hemp, then just eating the hemp off them. Enjoy your impacted crops, you little jerks.

This is exactly why I love gender posts. The more ridiculous the better! 😁

Lmaoooooooo same

My favorite was the person who asked why only one of her 3 hens was laying.

This bird was laying 3 eggs per day, 3 different colors.
"My 10 week old chick/rooster is laying! I found this really tiny egg in the coop!"

That's just a fairy egg, just a glitch.

"Nooo, it too small and I know what everyone lays! This is darker!"
