Wish I could say: My knee has recovered to the point that I can return to my bedroom downstairs. It's been 8 months.

When I had my ACL repair, I was seated or laying down for two weeks, then on crutches for 2 months. When I first started doing exercises, I had to start in the bathtub because when I wanted the leg to lift, it wouldn't. I worked hard to get my mobility and strength back. It takes time. Be patient with yourself and just keep going.
