That's why I'm very careful about poison. There are some cats that come wandering into my greenhouse and property that I know catch and eat mice, so I definitely don't want to use poison.

Were not going to change things here but, I wonder if we can't discuss sensitive subjects in a civil manner because we never practiced.
That helps, but there are things that people feel very strongly about, and it's hard to discuss those things like a Vulcan. (I've been called that plenty of times as an insult...)

I think it is too, but there are people who don't like super logical, analytical people who try to keep emotions out of arguments.What! That's a compliment.
Without emotion, it wouldn't be an argument. It would be a civilized discussion, a meeting of minds. I don't want to change my friend's way of thinking, doing, or being. I just want her to understand where I am coming from. I don't understand why that enrages her.
