Think one of my chicks has a leg issue

The chick hatched last night and doesn't seem to be able to walk.

It looks like one of his legs is twisted behind him. All the other chicks are running around within an hour after hatch this guy hatched around 10 last night. feel so bad for him, and he hasn't made any progress...just kinda crawls around the bator.

Is there anything I can do? Or is there just nothing I can do and I have to do the humane thing and send him to chickie heaven?

I'd try one of the cures for splayed leg that people have posted on this board. Just do a search for it.

It usually involves attaching a make-shift hobble to keep the legs in the right position out of something like yarn or a band-aid.
