Their laying season is rather small, so it might be tricky...but don't give up hope! Holderread farms sells adult calls, and they're not bad quality, either. If you're dead-set on hatching your own, be warned that it can be difficult. They don't name it the "call duck challenge" for nothin'! Where are you located? I have a list of breeders I could point you to.

GOOD! After what happened last year I'd hope they'd be safe and secure! And an entire aviary to themselves? Sounds swanky! Got any photos of the setup?

no not yet and the aviary is big to call ducks but like for muscovies it could only support about 5 instead of like the 8 call ducks ill have which will still leave the plants in there thriving.

We are still getting supplies for the coop that will go in the aviary but yeah i think itll be great i go back in just 2 more weeks to get my magpie and snowy calls

ps the guys has black call ducks and doesnt know he thinks they are east indie

i might get one of those , but they are def call ducks there bills are way too small, there cheeks plump, they sound more like call ducks and are smaller than some of his other sq grey calls

I'm located in southern maine. I may have some available once I get my orders filled. I plan to grow quite a few out to pick my new breeders so the ones I won't be keeping will be for sale

i know that there is a guy in kentuky who ships well and he is a fabulous breeder alot of the show winners were either bred by him or parented by his ducks.
