I dehydrate all kinds of stuff...my kids favorite is pineapple crisps... but here's some of what I dehydrate
strawberrys (for cereal), pineapple, banana chips, apples w/ cinnamon, peppers, peas, corn, potatoes chunks and dices, onions, herbs galore, rhubarb, carrots, beans, zuchini, morel mushrooms, tomatoes (to either use in soups or I powder them), tomatoes with garlic salt and basil to snack on, raspberry leaves for tea, clover, celery, coconut, lemons, oranges, plus I also take a pineapple and some strawberries and puree them together then dehydrate those to a crisp (beyond fruit roll up) to a crispy chip and the kids eat this over candy every day and the girls at the office are always asking me to make them some. I also use my dehydrator for drying out my dumplings. I may have forgot something but this gives you an idea of what can be done with a dehydrator.
