thinking about getting different ducks.....

okay so I am thinking about getting rid of my pekins and cayguas. And instead getting black and white call ducks. Maybe a few other colored ones too. I figure that this way either they will eat less food then the ones I have now or I can have more ducks and go through the same amount of food.The best part being I can still watch and have beautiful ducks.

I would be keeping a pair of mascovies, a speckeled duck and one pekin. I would be getting rid of a mated pair of 1 year old cayugas and 2 pekins one 1yr hen, one unknown. It sounds like a good trade off to me but what do you all think?

I've heard Call ducks are very loud, if that's okay with you and your neighbors you should be fine. I prefer Indian Runners myself. I think anything smaller than a pekin will eat less. My pekin loves his pellets!
